| Shipping Locations | We currently ship within Pakistan only. International shipping is not available at the moment. |
| Order Processing Time | All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. |
| Delivery Time | Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days for most cities. Remote areas may take additional time depending on courier availability. Delivery times may vary due to weather or courier delays. |

| Shipping Charges | Free shipping is available on all orders above PKR 4,000. Orders below PKR 4,000 will incur a standard delivery fee calculated at checkout. |

| Returns & Exchanges | Customers may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the product. An unboxing video is required to process any return or exchange. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Exchanges are allowed within 24 hours of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. There are no restocking fees. |
| Refunds | Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account after approval. |
