We currently ship within Pakistan only.
International shipping is not available at the moment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:

  • 3 to 5 business days for most cities in Pakistan.
  • Remote areas may require additional time depending on courier availability.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

We ship through trusted Pakistan-based courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery

  • Free shipping is available on all orders above PKR 4,000.

  • Orders below PKR 4,000 will incur a standard delivery fee calculated at checkout.

6. Order Tracking

Yes — customers receive tracking information via email or SMS once their order has been shipped.
You can track your package using the courier’s tracking link.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are correct.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete information, or failure to receive the parcel, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.

While delays are rare, courier-related issues can occur.
