3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders can be placed via our website using PayPal.
  • Payments must be completed before order processing begins.
  • We currently do not offer COD (Cash on Delivery).
  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with order details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within Pakistan only.
  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after shipment.
  • Free shipping is available for orders over PKR 4,000.
  • We provide tracking information for all orders.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video is required for all returns/exchanges.
  • Customers pay for return shipping.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method after inspection.
  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing auratechauratech87@gmail.com.
