At Auratech  we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Return & Refund Policy ensures a smooth process in case you need to return, exchange, or cancel an order.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • An unboxing video is required to process any return or exchange.
  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for items in original condition and packaging.
  • Exchanges are allowed within 24 hours of delivery.

Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. There are no restocking fees.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., PayPal).
  • Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

3. Cancellations

  • Customers may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Currently, all items are returnable as long as they meet the conditions above.
