| Delivery Time | Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days for most cities. Remote areas may take additional time depending on courier availability. Delivery times may vary due to weather or courier delays. |

| Shipping Charges | Free shipping is available on all orders above PKR 4,000. Orders below PKR 4,000 will incur a standard delivery fee calculated at checkout. |

| Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery | Please ensure your shipping details are correct. If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges. |

| Returns & Exchanges | Customers may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the product. An unboxing video is required to process any return or exchange. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Exchanges are allowed within 24 hours of delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. There are no restocking fees. |
| Refunds | Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account after approval. |
